Respectful Workplace
Behaviours 

These programs are suitable for staff at all levels and are relevant for all workplaces aiming to educate generally about the negative impacts of discrimination, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment to meet the new Respect @ Work Laws and WHS Legislation. We also offer annual refresher training to support organisation’s meet their ongoing obligations. ​  

Menopause
in the Workplace 

The menopause training programs empower participants to foster an inclusive, supportive workplace by addressing key aspects of menopause in professional settings. This program raises awareness of the impacts of menopause on individuals and workplaces, equips leaders and teams with the tools to foster empathy and understanding, and provides practical strategies to ensure employees can thrive during this life stage.

Neurodiversity​
in the Workplace 

We offer a range of neurodiversity training sessions tailored to various organisational roles, from executive leadership, operational roles, supervisors and general staff, each designed to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.  Each program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to support neurodiverse individuals effectively, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect within your organisation. 

Contact Officer​
Programs 

Contact officers play a critical role in supporting colleagues. The Contact Officer training program equips employees with the skills and knowledge to become effective, approachable, and trusted contact officers within their workplace. Participants are equipped with the tools needed to handle sensitive issues, understand their role in workplace policies, and contribute positively to creating a safe and supportive organisational environment. 

Upstander​ Training 
Programs

In this program, employees will be empowered with the knowledge, strategies, and practical tools to become effective upstanders and foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. The program covers legal frameworks, recognising early warning signs of misconduct, practical intervention and implementing upstander policies. The training also explores conflict management, self-care, and continuous learning for sustained impact.  

Inclusive Language
Training Programs

Inclusive Language Training emphasises the power of words in fostering respect and inclusion. It equips teams with practical tools and examples to ensure their language acknowledges and values diversity across age, gender, culture, ability, and identity. Participants learn strategies to eliminate stereotypes, prevent exclusion, and create welcoming environments in workplaces and communities. This training supports a more inclusive organisational culture through mindful and respectful communication. 

Data and Technical Leadership   ​

Cultural issues have been proven to significantly impact the success of data and technology initiatives, however, remain some of the hardest to solve.
